He is an Indian Politician, He was born on 5th March 1952 at Lakshman Nagar, India. He was a member of the Indian National Congress. He was served as a cabinet minister in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. He was elected as the chief of Jodhpur Zilla Parishad in 1981, 1988, and 2000, and in December 2003 he was elected to the 12th State Legislative Assembly from Bhopalgarh, and he was elected 3th state Legislative Assembly from Osian, Jodhpur.
